Supply of Liquor to Minors

• It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18.
• It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18.
• It is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.

Prices

• All prices displayed on this site include GST.
• All prices are per bottle price.
• Subscriber prices as listed in the newsletter section only apply if you are a paid up member of the Vino Fino Wine Club.

Product Delivery

• Deliveries in New Zealand are by courier and direct to your door.
• You may wish to leave delivery instructions for the courier to leave the wine at your premises (e.g at the back door)
• Please note that a signature is not required if you do this.

Freight costs

• Freight is $9.95 per case, or part case, North Island.
• Freight is $9.00 per case, or part case, South Island.
• Please note that if you have a rural delivery address there is an extra charge of $8.00 per case.
• Freight is FREE in the Christchurch urban area for orders of 6 or more bottles (Outer Christchurch- $4.00).

Product Guarantees

• If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. (Please Note: damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
• If you are also expecting an order and it does not arrive, let us know as we have a limited time to claim against the courier company and we can only do that if we know the order has not arrived!
• Vino Fino is not responsible for any damages after the wine has been delivered.
• If you receive a corked or faulty wine we will replace it for you or credit your account.

Privacy

• Any personal information supplied to us will only be used to process your order.
• Under no circumstances will any personal information you have supplied to Vino Fino be made available to another organisation.

Overseas Delivery

• Vino Fino can organise delivery throughout the world - contact us for delivery rates.
• Duties & Taxes for each country are the responsibity of the purchaser.
• All wine shipped overseas is exempt from the 12.5% NZ Goods & Services Tax - this will be deducted from the price of the wine at time of pruchase.
